Call 211. This is your local state resources number. Have your zip code handy when you call. They will most likely have you leave a message and call you back within 2 days. If that number doesn't work in your area then visit your local DSHS office. They will have information for you. That's the Department of Social and Health Services. Or both. People want to help. You don't have to go it alone.
